1. Cancellations Before Shipment
• Cancel within 24–48 hours of placing the order, before dispatch
• Email or call us with your order ID; we’ll cancel and issue a full refund (excluding any non-refundable gateway charges if applicable) within 2–5 business days
  
  
2. Cancellation After Shipment
• Once shipped, cancel by refusing delivery and notifying us. Prepaid orders will be refunded upon return; COD orders refunded via bank transfer upon receipt of returned item
  
  
3. Refund Processing
• Refunds via the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking)
• COD orders refunded by NEFT/Bank Transfer (with correct account details)
• Refunds processed within 2–5 business days, subject to bank timelines (2–7 additional days)
  
  
4. Non-Refundable Items
• Items on sale, bundled deals, or promotional offers (e.g., “Deal of the Day”) may be non-refundable
