1. Shipping

2. Inspection Upon Delivery
   Please inspect your package at delivery. If it’s visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify us immediately via email or phone.
   
   
3. Returns (Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items)
• Report within 5 days of delivery for replacement or return
• Provide order ID, photos/video showing batch number and issue.
• Item must be unopened and in original packaging, with labels and seals intact We’ll arrange pickup within 4–7 business days; in rare cases, you may return via courier, and we’ll reimburse up to ₹100
